Amethyst arrowtips are attached to the tips of headless arrows, creating amethyst arrows. Doing so requires level 82 in Fletching, giving 202.5 experience per 15 arrows made, or 13.5 per arrow.
Amethyst arrow tips are created through the Crafting skill. A player must have a Crafting level of 85 and take an amethyst and use a chisel on it to make 15 arrowtips, giving 60 experience per set.
