The apple barrel is an item used in the quest Mourning's End Part I. It is obtained by using a barrel of rotten apples on the Apple Barrel found in the orchard near the Tree Gnome Stronghold's main gate.

It is to be mixed with a barrel of naphtha to obtain a naphtha apple mix.
