The Ardougne cloak 3 is a reward from completing the hard Ardougne Diary given to you by Two-pints in the Flying Horse Inn in East Ardougne, and can be retrieved from her for free if lost.

- 10% increased chance to successfully thieve from stalls and pickpocketing in Ardougne
- Further noted drops at the Tower of Life
