A bagged dead tree can be bought in Falador from the Garden supplier for 1,000 coins. It can be planted in the garden of your Player-owned house if you have a Construction level of 5 or higher, providing 31 experience to both Construction and Farming.
Trivia
- Even though it is a "dead" tree, the seedling is green, and it is able to be planted and grown.
