The banker tutor, whose name is Barb, is a non-player character located in Lumbridge, on the 2^nd3^rd floor^[?] of the Lumbridge Castle. She is the only tutor who does not teach players about an actual game skill. Instead, she teaches players about how the bank and bank PIN numbers work. In addition to that, she also serves as the banker within the castle, allowing you to have the option to store or collect items from her.
