The Beaten book or the Book of the Elemental Helm begins the Elemental Workshop II quest. It can be found in the Exam Centre's library south-east of Varrock, or in your POH bookcase after completing the quest, and has a scroll inside it as a bookmark. This scroll helps find the key to get into a lower level of the workshop.To make a mind helmet for the quest you must have this book in your inventory after which the book serves no purpose beyond reading
