The Black Knights' Fortress is a castle inhabited by Black Knights. The fortress is first entered during the Black Knights' Fortress quest, and later on again during the King's Ransom quest. The building has 4 floors, if the lower floor is included. It also contains a prayer altar on the second floor.

In order to enter the fortress, a player must be wearing a Bronze med helm and an Iron chainbody to get inside. The interior and surrounding areas contain level 20 Fortress guards and level 33 Black Knights, which will automatically attack lower-levelled players.
