The Black chainbody is better defence than Steel chainbody, and can be worn by a player with 10 Defence. Players can purchase this item at the Keldagrim, Falador, and Ardougne Chainmail shops. This item cannot be made using the smithing skill, and has the same bonuses as a white chainbody, except for the +1 prayer bonus.
Sold atWayne's Chains Wayne's Chains shop south in Falador for 1,440 coins, and at Saro's armour shop in Keldagrim for 1,872 coins.
As with all black and white equipment, the Black chainbody cannot be made from raw materials using the Smithing skill.
