The Black dagger is a dagger slightly more accurate than the steel dagger. It can only be used in combat. Members can poison this weapon, giving them an advantage in combat. Players can purchase this dagger from the Varrock Swordshop, or find them as rewards from the Shades of Mort'ton activity or level 1 Treasure trails. There is also a Black Dagger spawn on Red Dragon Isle. Like all daggers, other than the dragon dagger, this item is rarely used. This dagger can be dropped by shadow warriors in the Legends' Guild.
As with all black and white equipment, the Black dagger cannot be made from raw materials using the Smithing skill.
