Black navy slacks can be purchased from Honest Jimmy for 1,000 Pieces of eight. It is for decoration only, and has no combat bonuses. It cannot be sold back to the shop.
Navy slacks can also be stored in the Player-owned house Costume room along with a Naval shirt and a Tricorn hat of the same colour.
