The Black sword is a sword that is slightly more accurate than the steel sword. It is used in combat and is strongest using the stab attack types. Players can purchase this sword from the Varrock Swordshop in Varrock or acquire it as a monster drop from some monsters including abyssal demons, cyclopes, skeletal wyverns, and Black demons.
As with all black and white equipment, the Black sword cannot be made from raw materials using the Smithing skill.
