Broad arrowheads

Broad arrowheads can be made into broad arrows (by combining them with a Headless arrow) using the Fletching skill. The finished arrows are used in the Slayer skill to kill Kurasks and Turoths. They can also be purchased from any Slayer master for 55 coins each. Those who wish to purchase bulk amounts of broad arrowheads can do so by buying Broad arrowhead packs.

Fletching broad arrows gives 10 experience each, or 150 experience per set of 15 with a loss of coins. Broad arrows are more powerful than mithril arrows (and slightly less powerful than adamant arrows) but are untradeable. You can buy the ability to fletch these with Slayer reward points, from completing several tasks.

Trivia[]

In RuneScape 3, broad arrows offered a disproportionately high rate of Fletching xp. However, in Old School RuneScape, while the XP rate is still high, it's a little lower than in RS3 (10 xp per arrow in OSRS than 15 xp per arrow in RS3).
