Bugs is an NPC found in the chocolate mine south of Falador during the 2018 Easter event.
Although he cannot be attacked, he has an apparent combat level of 80. He can however, be reported, which results in the player simply talking to themselves.

- Player: HAHAHAHAHA

- Player: Ok... I'm done.
- The bunny thinks you laughed at them and looks both angry and embarrassed.
