Burnt beast meat is the result of accidentally burning raw beast meat while attempting to make roast beast meat. Cooking roast beast meat requires 21 Cooking, and burning it will become less common with a higher Cooking level.
The burnt beast meat has no use whatsoever. Like most other burnt food, it is tradeable to other players but not on the Grand Exchange.
