Carado is a member of the 10th Squad who is imprisoned in the jail on Ape Atoll, along with Bunkdo and Lumo. During the Monkey Madness I quest the player must help him escape.
After Monkey Madness II, Carado is now Anita's new boyfriend and lives in her house.
