The catspeak amulet allows the wearing player to speak with cats. It is received after the completion of Icthlarin's Little Helper and is used in several subsequent quests. If you lose the amulet, the Sphinx will give you a replacement if you have a cat following you.

Trivia[]
- While you can use the Drop trick to get many catspeak amulets located at your feet, you will not be allowed to pick up more than one of them. It is, however, possible to use the Telekinetic Grab spell to acquire more than one.
- During Dragon Slayer II players gain the ability to speak to cats without the catspeak amulet.
