The Cerulean twitch is a blue bird that can be caught using the Hunter skill, granting the player 64.5 Hunter experience, also giving bones, raw bird meat, and blue feathers. Cerulean Twitches are caught using the Bird snare at level 11 Hunter.

Cerulean twitches can be found in the Rellekka Hunter area (north of Fairy ring code DKS) on the south-eastern shoreline of the hunter area.
