A chaos tiara is made by using a tiara on the Chaos altar with a Chaos talisman in the inventory. The player gains 42.5 Runecrafting experience from doing this.
A chaos tiara can be worn in the head slot. This gives the wearer a left-click option to enter the chaos altar, saving 1 extra inventory space that would otherwise be used to hold the talisman.
