Demon's heart is a drop from Porazdir. This heart, along with the Justiciar's hand and ent's roots from Justiciar Zachariah and Derwen respectively, is required to imbue a god cape during the The Mage Arena II miniquest.
Subsequent imbues will require only one item of the player's choice, in which this heart will imbue a Zamorak cape into an imbued zamorak cape.
The demon's heart cannot be deposited into a bank, and is always lost upon death, so it is recommended to turn it in to Kolodion as soon as possible.
