Once attached, the ornamented helm cannot be sold, but the kit can be detached from the helm and sold. |

Added into Old School Runescape as part of the June 12th, 2014 Expansion of Treasure Trails. It is a reward from elite clue scrolls, purely decorative, that can be attached to the Dragon full helm. Once attached, the ornamented helm cannot be sold, but the kit can be detached from the helm and sold.
