The dragon full helm ornament kit was added into Old School Runescape as part of the 12 June, 2014 Expansion of Treasure Trails. It is a reward from elite clue scrolls, purely decorative, that can be attached to the Dragon full helm, making it a Dragon full helm (g). Once attached, the ornamented helm cannot be sold, but the kit can be detached from the helm and sold.
