The dragon kiteshield ornament kit is a possible reward from master clue scrolls. It is purely decorative, and can be attached to the dragon kiteshield, making it a dragon kiteshield (g).

Once attached, the ornamented item becomes untradeable, but the kit can be detached from the item and sold.
