The dragon med helm (collectively the "d med" or "dragon med") is the strongest medium helmet in RuneScape. It was the first piece of dragon armour to be released into the game. This metal helmet does not interfere with Ava's accumulator and Ava's attractor. It may be enchanted by Pikkupstix at 50 summoning which will enable it to store summon scrolls and turn it a lighter shade of red. Template:No item smith
