The eagle cape is an item used in the Eagles' Peak quest. After the quest, you can acquire more capes from the fancy-dress shop owner if you supply him with 5 eagle feathers, 1 swamp tar, yellow dye and 25 coins.

Trivia

  • If Nickolaus spots the player in the fake beak and eagle cape, he will think that the player is a baby eagle.
