An elder (+) is a combat potion that boosts the player's attack, strength, and defence levels. It can be made with 70 Herblore by using a golpar with a water-filled gourd vial while having a stinkhorn mushroom in the inventory. Making this potion gives 13 herblore experience.
This potion is the strong variant of the elder potions, and cannot be taken out of the Chambers of Xeric.
