An ensouled demon head is an item which can be dropped by certain demons. It is used to gain Prayer experience by using the level 72 Magic spell Reanimate Demon from the Arceuus spellbook.
Upon killing the reanimated demon players will gain 1,170 prayer experience and 0.3% favour towards the Arceuus House.
