Old School RuneScape uses the British convention for floor numbering: Ground floor, first floor, etc.
Equa leaves are items used in gnome cooking. They can be purchased at the two food stores on the 1st floor[?] of the Grand Tree in the Tree Gnome Stronghold, or obtained as common drops from killing Gnome guards and Mounted terrorbird gnomes. They are possibly used in the Big Chompy Bird Hunting quest, to season the bird. Several respawn points are located southeast of the quest site, but they are quite small and can be difficult to find due to the fact that they are green and that this area of RuneScape is covered by grass. When eaten alone, they heal 2 hitpoints. They are used in almost all gnome food, but have no use outside of cooking gnome food.
