An extended super antifire potion is a potion that provides complete immunity against dragonfire for exactly 6 minutes (24 minutes per 4-dose potion). However, the potion's effects will not work on Galvek's attacks, nor will it work on the King Black Dragon's poisonous/shocking/freezing dragonbreath. It will also block Vorkath's attacks only partially. It may only be used after starting Dragon Slayer.
Like regular super antifire, the process must first be learned by speaking to Primula, who can be found on the 1st floor[?] inside the Myths' Guild, which requires completion of Dragon Slayer II to enter.
It can be made by a player with 98 Herblore by mixing a regular super antifire and lava scale shards, which grants 40 Herblore experience per shard added, or 160 Herblore experience if they put in four shards into a 4-dosed potion. One dose is created per shard, so four shards will be needed to create a four-dosed extended antifire. Players with 99 Herblore can mix caviar into a 2-dose extended super antifire mix.
Players will get a warning in their chatbox when the potion is about to wear off: "Your super antifire is about to expire." Then they will get another message when it has worn off, approximately 15 seconds after the initial warning: "Your super antifire potion has expired." This allows you to keep track of how long you have until you have to drink again.
