A Kite shield is a decoration used in a Player owned house; it can be built in the Treasure Room behind the boss monster and/or the Throne Room behind the thrones. The Kite shield shows the player's family crest, which can be obtained from Sir Renitee, in Falador Castle, imprinted on a shield. The shield looks different than the equippable kiteshield. Building the Kite shield gives 420 experience.
