Casting the spell alone requires 3 Fire runes, 2 Air runes, and 1 Mind rune or one may use a smoke staff to negate the cost of all runes. Casting grants 11 experience not including experience gained due to causing damage. Fire Strike's max hit is 8, regardless of one's Magic level.
