Fire Strike is a basic tier fire spell from the default spellbook available at level 13 Magic. It is the weakest fire spell available. Casting the spell alone requires 3 Fire runes, 2 Air runes, and 1 Mind rune or one may use a smoke staff to negate the cost of all elemental runes. Casting grants 11,5 experience not including experience gained due to causing damage. Fire Strike's max hit is 8, regardless of one's Magic level.
The experience gained depends on the damage dealt, the amount of experience increases by 2 for each additional damage dealt as shown on the table below.
