The Fremennik sea boots 4 is a reward from completing the elite Fremennik Diary tasks given to you by Thorodin in Rellekka and can be retrieved from him for free if lost. Their bonuses are equivalent to Adamant boots, with the exception of the Fremennik sea boots having a higher magic and ranged attack.
