Frozen key detail

The frozen key is a quest item used in Peer the Seer's trial in the The Fremennik Trials quest.

It is obtained by freezing the sealed vase which is full of water. As the water freezes it expands, breaking the vase and releasing the frozen key. When used on a range, it becomes the key needed for the quest.
