A garden pie is a pie found in Old School RuneScape that can be baked with the Cooking skill at level 34. The recipe for a garden pie is Tomato, Onion, Cabbage, and Pastry dough (in that order) added into a pie shell.

Overview

Garden pies are made using the Cooking skill at cooking level 34. Like all pies, garden pie is eaten in two bites. Each bite heals 6 hitpoints. However, garden pies also have the added effect of temporarily boosting the user's Farming level by 3. They are a useful way to use the low level vegetables that players accumulate by training the Farming skill. In the Cooking Guild, Romily Weaklax may ask the player to make him some garden pies but will only pay 112gp each.

Recipe

To cook this dish, you will need Tomato, Onion, Cabbage, Pastry dough, and a Pie dish. After combining the food, you will cook the pie using a range. The cooking level is 34, and the cooking experience is 138.

  1. Use Pastry dough > Pie dish (becomes a Pie shell)
  2. Use Tomato > Pie shell (becomes Part garden pie 1)
  3. Use Onion > Pie shell (becomes Part garden pie 2)
  4. Use Cabbage > Pie shell (becomes Raw garden pie)
  5. Use Raw garden pie > Range. Will either become an Garden pie (edible), or burnt pie (non-edible; can be emptied to reuse pie dish).

This recipe yields 2 servings.
