Gilded scimitar detail

The Gilded scimitar is a reward from elite and master Treasure Trails. It was released on 12 June, 2014 along with the Treasure Trail Expansion update.

It has the same stats as a rune scimitar, requiring 40 Attack to wield.

For some time, the gilded scimitar was the most expensive free-to-play item in the game, until it was superseded when the Ring of coins and Ring of nature became available in free-to-play worlds.

Trivia

  • Prior to an update on 19 May 2016, gilded scimitars were not available to free-to-play players.
