Ground kelp detail

Ground kelp is one of the ingredients used to make fishcakes to save Pirate Pete in Recipe for Disaster. It is made by using a pestle and mortar on some kelp. Kelp can be obtained by speaking to Murphy while wearing a fishbowl helmet and diving apparatus and then going diving and picking it underwater.
