The growth potion is an item obtained during the 2018 Easter event. It is obtained by speaking to Malignius Mortifer after bringing him some burnt meat, garlic, and a cabbage taken from the courtyard of Draynor Manor. Chocco needs it to complete his plan to create a giant easter egg, thereby saving easter.
