Guidor is an old friend of Elena. He is located in the most south-east corner of the gated area in the south-east corner of Varrock, in his bedroom. During the Biohazard quest, the player is sent to give him a plague sample, touch paper and the three smuggled liquids. Upon conversing with him further, he will come to an interesting conclusion about the sample you have brought.
