Harmony Island was once a peaceful island full of monks, yet now it is ridden by zombie pirates, and the monks have become undead. The island is south of Mos Le'Harmless and only accessed during and after The Great Brain Robbery by selecting the transport option at Brother Tranquility, who is located at the docks of Mos Le'Harmless.
Notable features[]
The island contains a Farming allotment patch and a mill. After completing the Elite Morytania Diary, a herb patch becomes available. Unlike other allotment patches this one has no farmer to watch your crops for you.
This island is covered in a strange green poisonous gas after a certain point in the quest. To travel outside, you will need your fishbowl helmet and diving apparatus. After finishing the quest, the gas disappears.
Although it is run by monks and has its own chapel, this island does not have a Prayer altar.

- Brother Tranquility - He can teleport players back to Mos Le'Harmless if necessary.
- Mi-Gor - Encountered during The Great Brain Robbery quest.
- Dr. Fenkenstrain - Only after completing The Great Brain Robbery. (If players are in need of a new ring of charos, then they must come here to pickpocket Dr. Fenkenstrain for a new ring. He cannot be found at his castle after the quest; you will have to go to Harmony Island in the windmill's basement.
