The Haunted Woods is a large portion of the Kingdom of Morytania. It is home to leeches and Feral Vampyres, both of which are very aggressive regardless of combat level. There is a grave that must be found in the woods as a part of the Creature of Fenkenstrain Quest. Morytania is located east of Varrock, and requires the Priest in Peril quest to be complete before it is accessible. There is a fairy ring (code ALQ) south of the Port Phasmatys farming patch for quick access to Zanaris.
During a hard clue scroll you may be asked to perform an emote, provoking a visit from a double agent in the 'heart of the haunted woods. This can be found by the hollow tree East of the 'ALQ' fairy ring.
