Hazeel is a Zamorakian Mahjarrat, featured in the quest, Hazeel Cult. Hazeel assisted Zamorak in his rebellion against Zaros. Towards the end of the God Wars, Hazeel dominated the region of Ardougne, until he was defeated by a Saradominist warrior.
In the Hazeel Cult quest, the player has the option of reviving Hazeel, or preventing his return. If he is revived, Hazeel then heads to the north for the 18th Ritual of Rejuvenation.
