The Hazeel scroll is a scroll containing the incantation used to free Hazeel in the bad side of the Hazeel Cult quest. The scroll is located up in a secret room on the third floor of the Carnillean Family household in a locked chest which can only be opened with a Chest key. It is used by Alomone to reconstruct Hazeel's body.
