High Priestess Zul-Harcinqa is the leader of Zul-Andra. She is the person who decides who is sacrificed to Zulrah. Speaking to her is required to fight Zulrah for the first time. She will explain to the player the history of her tribe, and how Zulrah came to be worshiped by them.
