It is used on Kharedst's memoirs to allow teleportation to the Shayzien House.
Trivia
- Although the item was released on 9 November 2017 along with the quests The Queen of Thieves and The Depths of Despair, it was not obtainable until the release of Tale of the Righteous in an update on 19 April 2018.
