Hudon chathead

Hudon is a child involved with the Waterfall Quest. His mother is Almera who is the starting point for the quest. He ran away from his mother's house to look for the treasure under the Baxtorian Falls. However, he is never rescued from the falls during the quest and cannot be rescued, despite this being the initial objective of the quest at first. If you talk to him after you finish the quest, he will claim that you stole his treasure.
