The Iron arrow is an arrow made by combining arrow shafts with feathers, then with Iron arrowtips.
Iron arrows are a common drop from minotaurs. These can be bought from Lowe's Archery Emporium in Varrock or Hickton's Archery Emporium in Catherby. They can also be obtained from completing the Maze random event.
Ava's attractor (from the Animal Magnetism quest) generates iron arrows into your arrow slot, and also randomly attracts items into your inventory.
