Islwyn is the grandson of Glarial. Upon completion of Roving Elves he will sell you new Crystal equipment without the need of Crystal seeds. He will sell you a new Crystal bow for 900k, a new crystal shield for 750k or a new crystal halberd (Halberd is only available for player who have completed Western Provinces hard diary). The "new" bow can be traded until it is used once.
Islwyn can be found travelling with Eluned between the magic trees outside Lletya and the quest start point for Roving Elves.
