Jagbakoba is the village warrior of Tai Bwo Wannai. He gets throttled then thrown through the air by My Arm during the My Arm's Big Adventure quest. If you have favour from Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup, he will give you trading sticks. He can be found to the south of the enclosure, near the fires.
After My Arm's Big Adventure, you can talk about how he was defeated by My Arm, and he tells the player, "Bwana, get knotted."
