Jimmy the Chisel is a man found in the jail cell area of the H.A.M base. He is involved in the One Small Favour quest when the player needs to give Johanhus Ulsbrecht "A month's supply of chickens," in exchange for Jimmy's freedom. He is also involved with the Death to the Dorgeshuun quest when the player talks to him in order to find Zanik. He appears to be wearing a Cape of Legends.
