Kaylee is one of the bartenders, the others being Emily and Tina, at the Rising Sun Inn in Falador, who can be found on the main floor. She is a young, cheerful woman, as are her co-workers. She sells three kinds of ale: Dwarven stout, Wizard's mind bomb, and Asgarnian ale, all for 3 coins.
She also plays a part in the dwarf's section of Recipe for Disaster, as you must talk to her to find out how to make an Asgoldian ale.

Kaylee is the solution to the medium anagram clue: LEAKEY. She will give the player a challenge scroll which reads "How many chairs are in the Rising Sun?," the answer to which is 18.
